5 Star Constantia Villa situated on the top part of a very famous Avenue in Cape Town.

This upmarket villa has amazing views stretching from False Bay to the Hottentots mountain range as well as the back of Table Mountain. Amazing sunrises and sunsets to be seen from the private balconies leading from the bedrooms.

The villa is the ideal place for a family holiday or a place to enjoy special time with friends. It comprises 6 en-suite bedrooms ​and is was built with special features making it welcoming and safe for children as well. A trampoline and jungle gym will keep the little ones occupied for hours.​ ​

For the adventurous guests, it is a short walk to the slopes of Table Mountain and close to a beautiful 5-star boutique Hotel famous for their wonderful breakfasts.

The villa is ideal for entertaining and was built with this in mind.

The more formal side of the house includes a traditional regency dining room, a formal living room and office.

On the informal side, there is a large den, bar, kitchen, wine cellar, several patios, a children’s playroom, the pool, a wet room and gym. The rooms are all elegantly decorated in a European style with a mix of antiques and contemporary furniture.

All the downstairs entertaining rooms lead onto the big entertainment area next to the pool.

The swimming pool is covered with an electric hard cover giving parents peace of mind.

The large outdoor covered entertainment area can be completely closed in and has an outdoor fireplace.

The wet room containing an indoor Jacuzzi with large doors that lead to the pool, a sauna, and a shower.

The gym is equipped with free weights, a Stott Pilates Vmax reformer, and a professional Woodway running machine. Pilates courses and massage bookings can be arranged at the villa.

The kitchen is fitted with Gagganeu appliances throughout, including two ovens, a gas stove, microwave, hot trays and a built-in coffee machine. A separate scullery contains a dish washer and separate storing facilities. There are three refrigerators and a wine fridge.

Should you need to do a bit of work while on holiday the office provides full communication facilities with high-speed broadband. There is a desk top computer and a touch screen notebook computer, as well as a fax, copier, and scanner, all inter-connected through a wireless network.

In addition to internet access, the house is wired with a Sonos music system and Bose speakers, with a library of more than 10,000 songs and full internet radio. Cable TV via the local cable provider is available in the family room and the master bedroom.

The first en-suite bedroom is on the ground floor and can also double up as a children’s playroom.
On the second floor there are five main bedrooms, one of the bedroom is fitted with a bunk bed for the little ones.. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with a fresh and light feel. Four bedrooms contain both shower and bath facilities. One bedroom provides a shower only.

All bedrooms contain plenty of storage space and each has their separate terrace overlooking either Table Mountain or False Bay.

The award-winning Alan Dawson designed landscaped garden contains a large 14m by 6m swimming pool, beautifully manicured lawn and two separate children’s play areas containing a jungle gym and trampoline.

This 5 star villa is very secure and private with access only via a double gated driveway, 300ft above the road. There are several layers of security. Firstly, as the house is set back on the hill, it is not visible from the main road. There are gates at the road and again at the entrance to the property. An electric fence that runs around the perimeter of the house and a set of motion detectors are placed at key locations both inside and outside the house.

There are two fixed cameras at the main gate and a pan tilt zoom camera at the front of the house that can be monitored from inside the property.

The housekeeper and gardener live on site.

There are staff quarters comprising of two double bedrooms, bathroom and open plan sitting room/kitchen. Two full time very experienced and well-trained​ staff are available for housekeeping and property management. Rosie the house manager will oversee all your requirements during your stay in this 5 star Villa. Alex the gardener/driver will also be on hand should you need the service of a driver. Both will be available from Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm – for other hours this would need to be separately arranged and paid for directly.

There will also be a third person available for housekeeping Monday till Friday.
