Atlantic Bay Villa is a five bedroom terraced property, spreading across three levels with amazing views from every level. Leading from stairs out of the garage or from the road, the entrance level contains the lounge and dining opening onto a balcony with outside seating for 4 people. A guest bathroom with toilet and basin runs off the left of the front door. This spacious area has gleaming wooden floors, creating a wonderful warm atmosphere ideal for family or friends gathering and leads off to the kitchen. The large family style kitchen has an oven with hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. It is fitted out with enough crockery and cutlery, pots and dishes for a comfortable stay.
Leading up with wooden stairs from the lounge, the main bedroom flanks to the left and the second bedroom to the right from a small landing. Both bedrooms has similar, beautiful wooden floors as the lounge and air conditioning. The main bedroom has a walk in cupboard, study area and ensuite bathroom with shower and bath. A separate toilet leads off this room. The bathroom is shared with the second bedroom across the landing, both rooms leads off to the pool deck with views over the bay.
Down a spiral staircase there is a third and fourth bedroom downstairs, both with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms have both got access to the balcony from where beautiful views can be enjoyed. A 5th bedroom leads off the back of the kitchen, which can also be used as a second lounge or playroom for children. This bedroom will either use one of the bathrooms 3 and 4 or share with the en-suite off the main bedroom. The guest toilet and basin is used on the same level as this bedroom.
