Centrally located, 5mins from town and Camps Bay - This 4 Bedroomed family home has ocean views. Fresnaye is one of the few sheltered areas in Cape Town and is known for its wind free summers especially when the South Easter blows this area is either wind free or has less wind.
This beautiful home has both indoor and outdoor comfort and is designed for entertaining. The outside dining area flows onto the pool area, which also has a Bedouin canopy. The downstairs has an open plan dining and lounge area, which connects to the outside dining/seating, pool and garden.
The large kitchen is the heart of the home and opens onto the dining room and lounge. Downstairs also has a TV lounge and study. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms all en-suite; two main bedrooms have balconies with views of the ocean and Robben Island.
The other two en-suite bedrooms are kid's bedrooms. The two main bedrooms have king beds, the other two rooms have a double bed and a 3 quarter bed (as well as a pull out single bed).
These rooms can be converted into adult rooms for non-family bookings. There is an aircon in all rooms on the ground floor, as well as an aircon in the main bedroom. There is DSTV coder (smart card supplied by occupant), Plex, gas braai, and wifi.
The housekeeper's room at the back is en-suite. The outside area is equipped with outdoor furniture, table and chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, a trampoline, a jungle gym with slide & swings and a solar heated pool, which has a removable pool fence. Garage for 4 cars and table tennis in the garage area. The housekeeper will be there from Monday to Saturday.
