Bakoven Waters Villa is located in Bakoven – a small, exclusive seaside suburb, with small private beach surrounded by granite boulders and sheltered crystal waters.
The villa has an airy and relaxed beach-house feel with no compromise on comfort, convenience and privacy and is decorated throughout with natural materials and finishes. Metres from sheltered Bakoven cove and within walking distance of Camps Bay, the four airy bedrooms of Blue Waters provide a cool respite on hot summer nights.
The villa is accessed from Victoria Rd, via a long driveway, and the main open plan living area and 2 bedrooms are also on this level. The remaining bedrooms along with 2nd lounge are on the upper level. The 2 living areas offer comfort and good sea views, especially from the upper lounge, where the ocean is a few hundred metres away allowing for the gentle sound of waves breaking over the rocks, to filter in through all open doors and windows.
