The stylish and roomy kitchen is well equipped, including numerous bar stools and a back door leading outside to a patio with a pool area and a garden. The entertainment area features a luxurious couch facing a built-in barbecue and leads outside to the pool area and garden as well. The spacious dining area comes with a sturdy, yet elegant long table with seating for six. The lounge, with even more space, boasts ample seating, including an L-shaped couch that faces a fireplace below a large wall-mounted flat-screen television.

The lounge furthermore has sliding doors that lead out to a balcony with dining furniture and a spectacular view of the neighbourhood below and beyond to the Atlantic Ocean and the distant and beautiful Table Mountain. A sitting area, situated downstairs, is offered with lush seating and leads out to a gorgeously designed outdoor area.

The bedrooms, all offering generous space, are located downstairs as well as upstairs, most of them boasting lovely views. One of the bedrooms downstairs leads out to the outdoor area as well. The remaining two bathrooms include one with a bath and shower and the other with a shower only.
