Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa with a large, private swimming pool and sunny garden. There is an outdoor 8-seater table on the patio that makes for a lovely entertainment area. There is excellent indoor-outdoor flow. There are beautiful sea views from the main bedroom and spectacular mountain views from the back garden. Open plan living with dining room (8 seater), lounge, kitchen with centre island/breakfast bar. The second large lounge has a TV area, plus an extra area for office use. There is a large fully equipt laundry room as well as a private out door shower for use after a day at the beach.
The main bedroom is upstairs and very private. It has a King size extra length bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, bidet, basin and toilet. It also has a cocktail lounge that leads onto a ballau deck with stunning sea views. It is the perfect place for enjoying sundowners.
The second bedroom also has a King size, extra length bed and bathroom with twin basins, a shower, bath and toilet.
The third bedroom has a single bed and is very bright and pretty. A double bed is available for this bedroom upon request.
There is also a separate guest toilet.
DSTV and Capless WIFI internet connectivity.
Full house service and pool maintenance twice a week.
There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, two fridges and two powerful air conditioners, one in the main bedroom and one in the second lounge/office/tv room.
There is a tandem garage that parks two cars. As well as off street Parking for 1 car.
The property is secured with an alarm linked to a 24 hour armed response team.
