A gorgeous four bedroom bungalow is located on Clifton 3rd beach. Offering a tranquil sea-side stay and is only a few steps away from the beach.
You enter the property through a wooden gate which opens onto a courtyard and pool deck which has dining furniture and sun loungers. The living area is accessed via the floor to ceiling glass stacking doors. This luminous open-plan space offers comfortable seating and spectacular views. There is also a fully equipped kitchen on this level.
On the second level of the house is an informal TV area with a study desk. Leading off from this area are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower and bath.The second bedroom has an open-plan bathroom and third bedroom has an en-suite with a shower. All these rooms have access to a balcony with amazing views.
On the lower level of the house there is a scullery, cinema room with plush couches, kitchenette and the fourth bedroom. This room has access to a private courtyard and separate entrance. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower.
All the bedrooms are decorated with their own style and opulent bedding. They also have their own TV and the entire bungalow has air-conditioning.
