The villa has views of all 4 Clifton beaches, Signal Hill, and backs onto Table Mountain. It is built next to a green belt ensuring utmost privacy, and is situated in a low wind zone. There is a superb security system, electric fence, air conditioning, and a comprehensive solar power system.

The space:

The basement level consists of a parking area for up to 6 cars and an entrance hall with a lift and staircase.

The first floor is all glass and open plan, consisting of a kitchen, scullery, dining area, and lounge. There is a separate TV room with a gorgeous sundeck overlooking Signal Hil. On this level, there is a further living room, a home office with a board room, and 2 guest bathrooms. The balcony runs along the entire length of the first floor with spectacular Clifton, Cape Town, South Africa (which can also be used as a dining area), a separate laundry. Views of Clifton 4th beach and the Atlantic Ocean. A BBQ area and infinity pool make this the perfect entertainment area.

The second floor consists of 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 2 kings size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and dressing rooms. All bedrooms have magnificent sea views and balconies.

There is also a "studio" on this floor which can be used for working or a chill-out space for reading. A small gym area with a treadmill and stationary bicycle is located on this floor along with its own bathroom.

The villa is cleaned 5 days a week and additional help is available over the weekends at an additional cost. Other amenities such as a private chef and a stocked cellar/bar can be arranged at an additional cost.

Kindly be advised that the living room currently has a cracked window. The repair will be made as soon as the road is closed by the municipality to allow a crane to lift a new piece of glass into place.
