This gorgeous four bedroom villa is situated in a very desirable area of Constantia known as Klein Constantia. The villa has lovely views over the Constantia mountains, rolling lawn and large pool. It is a well appointed villa from the 1920’s and oozes charm. Villa Rosehill provides a modern and comfortable environment where guests can rest and unwind; catch some warm African sun lounging at the pool, take a walk in through the vineyards, or enjoy a glass of Constantia Valley wine while watching the sun set behind the mountain. It is a great house for families or groups wanting to explore the area.
