Fabulous and charming villa in Constantia in the sought after Nova Constantia area. It is a well-appointed single story villa which comprises of 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. There is a lovely beach pool centered in a flat, child friendly garden. A fabulous outdoor entertaining area awaits you equipped with BBQ and garden views. This is an ideal house for families or groups want to explore the area of Constantia, its wine and fabulous restaurants. The beaches and Cape Town are a short 10 mins drive away.

From the entrance hall one walks left to into the kitchen and dining area followed by a formal lounge. Straight ahead lies a gorgeous enclosed terrace with comfy chairs for reading or relaxing. Right of the villa are the 4 bedrooms – two queen beds with en-suite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is a TV room in this area. There is further cottage or fifth bedroom attached to the villa with ensuite and lounge.

This is an ideal villa for holidaying in Cape Town, exploring the tourist sites and beaches or just staying ‘at home’ by the pool. Highly recommended.
