Valley Walk is a beautiful and luxurious in Upper Constantia. It is an impressive villa with vast proportions and expansive gardens.  It comprises of 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms all spacious and well appointed.  It has great views of the mountains with a superb garden in the front and back of the house. The house focuses on entertaining with a spacious main living/dining area that leads onto the outside terrace with lovely views of the mountains.  The pool is well situated in a lovely flat garden.  This is a great house for families or groups.

On ground level there you find the main bedroom to the left as you enter. It opens onto the gorgeous garden.  It has a separate dressing area and en-suite bathroom.  Further down the passage is a study, and then a formal lounge and dining area opening onto the same terrace.  A further 3 bedrooms can be found on the south side that share a bathroom and a separate shower room.

There is great open plan kitchen/TV/Dining area that opens onto the pool and garden.  Off this area is a further bedroom and bathroom.

In addition to this is a cinema room with pull down screen and comfy sofas and bean bags.

It has electric fencing, guard opposite the gate and intercom system.
