LIVING SPACE
A wrap around wooden deck leads off from all entertainment areas on the ground floor. The sunken formal lounge with fireplace is open to a wrap around deck and entertainment area. The adjacent open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, with a scullery, pantry and laundry room attached.
There is a second lounge off the entrance area with TV, dvd and library. The third lounge is on the second floor, with workstation (desktop computer; print; Wi-Fi throughout).

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
The spacious and immaculately fitted, open-plan master bedroom with four- poster king-size bed, lavishly appointed bathroom, additional outdoor shower and roomy walk-in cupboard, allows you to take inside living outside, with large fold-away glass doors onto a deck overlooking the lush garden without compromising privacy. The 2 equally sized bedrooms on the 2nd floor are furnished with queen-sized beds, the third upstairs bedroom has a king sized bed (or twin beds if required) and has its own deck.

OUTDOOR/FACILITIES
Entertainment areas comprises two BBQ area, outdoor fridge, a 12 seater patio dining area, outside lounge, 8 seater Jacuzzi and 20m lap pool (fenced for children’s safety). Picnic area, partly shaded by a Bedouin tent. Private surrounding farmland for beautiful walks in almost every direction. Satellite TV with PVR decoder; Wi-Fi throughout; integrated music system; DVD players.
