Entering this property off the street and into an entrance hall with the lift to access the property. The main living area is on the top level of the property. Greeting you as you exit the lift is a light and spacious, open-plan living space with double volume ceilings. On your right is the fully equipped kitchen fitted with state of the art appliances. The dining area has a beautiful baby Grand piano for you to enjoy while looking out at the stunning views. You can also lounge on the comfortable couches and enjoy a good movie. This room opens out onto a large balcony. At the back of this room is a plunge pool.
On the middle level of the property you will find the relaxing bedrooms. All the rooms have TV, A/C, black-out blinds and their own bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on the right which both have access to a slim balcony and enjoy the beautiful views. The other two rooms face the back of the property.
