The apartment is brand new, just been totally renovated and is two bedrooms both en-suite, and office with guest toilet.
About the building: The building is a heritage building and is beautifully maintained. There is a large communal garden.
The beauty of this apartment is that it is extremely central, it is situated across the road from the new Green Point park, and through the park one can access the promenade (beach front) and its restaurants.
It is also situated across the road from the Virgin Active gym. One can take a 5 minute stroll to all the Green Point restaurants, Giovanni's, etc. Both a Spar and Woolworths are within walking distance. The V&A Waterfront is a 15 minute walk.
The MyCiti Bus route in opposite the apartment and can take one into town or to the beaches.
