Hart Villa is a contemporary family house situated in the upmarket suburb of Fresnaye. Conveniently located on the Atlantic seaboard between the beautiful beaches of Clifton, Camps bay and the city. Fresnaye has the advantage of being fairly sheltered from the gusty South Easterly winds most prevalent during December and January months.
This house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Downstairs is the living space which opens onto a lovely outdoor entertainment area. Bar, dining table, lounge area, and a level garden with swimming pool. There is an open plan kitchen with double oven, gas and electric hob and many extras for great entertaining. The scullery has washing machine and dish washer. Bedroom 4 downstairs has a double bed with en-suite shower and Bedroom 5 downstairs has a king size bed with separate bathroom with bath and shower.
Upstairs is the main bedroom with lovely views towards Robben Island and the city. The main bedroom boasts his and her’s bathrooms, dressing room, lounge and balcony with dining table and gas braai. Bedroom 2 and 3 are also upstairs both with queen sized beds and a shared bathroom with bath and shower.
The house has a DSTV PVR dual view system. There are 3 TV’s in the house. A docking station for your IPOD and wireless internet. There is an electric fence on the permiter and an alarm system linked to armed response.
Rental of the house comes with a cleaner Monday – Friday from 8h30 – 16h30 (excl public holidays).
