This stylish 4 bedroom family home is set against the beautiful backdrop of the Hout Bay mountains and forest. The house is cool in summer with a classic American Colonial farmhouse style wraparound veranda and comfortable areas for relaxing and looking out over the garden, pool and forest directly in front of the house. White walls, high ceilings and tasteful furniture create a comfortable and stylish environment. It is the ideal home for a family holiday. The house is spacious with lots of areas to utilise and big garden, pool and outside jungle gym.
Walk in to an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Big farmhouse style dining table to seat 14 and comfortable couches in the living area. Fully equipped kitchen with 5 plate gas stove, separate scullery with dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is a separate TV room with DSTV Explora bouquet as well as a separate kids playroom/ office.
MAIN BEDROOM:
The main bedroom has a king size bed, with beautiful views of the forest and double french doors leading out onto the veranda, en-suite bathroom with toilet, bath, shower, his and hers basins.
BEDROOM 2:
This multi-level bedroom for kids and teenagers with three quarter size bunk beds, TV, a casual sitting/ play area with hanging wicker chair, and stairs leading up to a loft room with a double bed. Double french doors lead out onto the veranda. En-suite bathroom with toilet, bath, shower and basin.
BEDROOM 3:
Single room with a toddlers bed.
BEDROOM 4:
Double bed with en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Also leads onto the veranda.
There is also a separate guest toilet and laundry room.
OUTDOORS:
Wraparound veranda with comfy couches and coffee table, outdoor dining table to eat al fresco, hammocks, and children’s hanging swing.
This leads onto an expansive well kept garden, big tree with a swing, an outdoor braai pit and Weber, nice size pool with 2 pool loungers, herb garden, and play area with a jungle gym and trampoline.
