The kitchen leads out through glass sliding doors onto a spacious patio area with both gas and wood-burning barbecues and seating for 12.  The patio boasts a sunken lounge area with built-in couches to relax and enjoy the warm summer days.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed with TV and view over-looking the valley, en-suite with bath and shower. The 2^nd and 3^rd both have queen size beds and are en-suite with bath and shower. The 4^th bedroom has a ¾ size bed and en-suite with bath and shower. The guest bedroom is on the bottom level as a separate guest cottage with a kitchenette, large lounge and dining areas and a laundry. The bed is queen size and en-suite bathroom and shower. The 6th bedroom can be accessed through the guest cottage from a separate entrance. It has a queen-size bed, bathroom with shower and
kitchenette with scullery.
