Tucked away in a highly secure complex on the slopes of the Twelve Apostles in Hout Bay, Mountain Lodge is a modern and cosy property ideally situated for small families who are looking for a fun-filled holiday or friends who want to relax in comfort and style.
Set in the upscale Ruyteplaats complex with beautiful sweeping views over Hout Bay and the ocean, the property features two bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and living area and wide wooden deck and is surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens.
A comfortable lounge and living area boasts a flat screen television and wood-burning fireplace and flows out onto the wooden deck through folding, stackable doors. The outdoor deck is ideal for alfresco dining in summer with a Weber barbeque and outdoor seating for six. A fully equipped kitchen offers an induction oven and hob, double fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine, as well as a washing machine which is neatly hidden beneath the four-seater breakfast counter.
The bedrooms are bright and airy, with ample cupboard space, electric fans and fresh linens. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and opens out onto a sheltered patio garden complete with benches while the second bedroom has two twin beds and lovely garden views. Both bedrooms share a separate bathroom with toilet, basin and shower.
The property has a dedicated parking bay within the complex, as well as ample visitors parking close to the property and visitors will need to check through security before being allowed to enter.
