Oranjezicht Modern Villa is a gorgeous newly renovated Cape Town home, offering sheer luxury with incredible views of both Table Mountain, the City Bowl and the Ocean. This home is all about open spaces and living outdoors so fantastic for entertaining, braaing and relaxing. Wooden floors throughout the house create a warm feel plus there are high-end finishes throughout the house. The house exudes pure luxury.
This home has a well equiped open plan kitchen. The expansive lounge and dining room flow onto a large balcony with all the tools for an outside cook-off. Pizza oven, kettle braai & open fireplace for the bbq enthusiast.
The top floor guest room, which leds off the living area, has the best views of the City and Ocean with a spacious en-suite bathroom (shower only). The main bedroom is en-suite and is beautifully and stylishly decorated. It has fantastic French doors that open from the full bathroom & bedroom onto the wooden deck.
A third bedroom also has a en-suite bathroom. It has two single beds that can be converted into a king size bed if requested. This bedroom has French doors which lead out to a courtyard where you can enjoy the view of Table Mountain.
The dark marble tiled pool is one level (1.7m deep) with a long “cocktail” step, electric pool cover super convenient if there are kids around. A 2nd bbq area with outdoor dining table for those fantastic summer feasts.
A TV room flows onto the deck and pool area for the kids or sports fans!
