This beautiful, yet elegant four/six bedroom home is situated centrally in Tierboskloof Estate!!! It potentially could be a six bedroom if requested by the guest. The 16 hectare residential estate is an area of great natural beauty blessed with a magnificent mountain setting and spectacular sea views. Within the estate itself is an Afromontane Forest that includes many rare and protected indigenous trees – Afromontane forests generally occur in well-watered areas, including ravines and north-facing slopes and the Tierbos is an example & one of very few in the Western Cape. As you enter the house, you have a panoramic views of the Forest & the Bay! You have your own personal hiking trail which has access to gates off the estate into the Table Mountain National Park – there are also waterfalls to be seen along this hiking trail! Communal tennis/squash court & a swimming pool are included in the estate.
