Shall Cross Villa is located in the leafy suburb of Constantia. It is in close proximity to award winning wine farms and restaurants and a 5-minute drive to the Constantia Centre. This comfortably furnished upmarket home offers easy open plan living, coupled with beautiful mountain views, a lovely garden and sparkly swimming pool.
When entering the house there is a large living area that is open plan to the kitchen and dining room. The living area opens up to the outside patio. The patio is covered and has stunning mountain views. This is perfect for long outdoor lunches with a 10-seater outdoor dining table. There is an indoor and outdoor bbq.
The modern, well-equipped kitchen has all that’s required for anyone who loves to cook. Its open plan to the lounge and dining area and patio that creates and cool easy flow through the house.
There is a large entertainment room with bar, comfortable couches, HDTV, surround sound system. There is also a TV room for the kids that leads off the kitchen which creates a quiet retreat from the rest of the house.
There are 4 bedrooms in the house. 2 smaller bedrooms and the master bedroom, flow from a passage from the entrance hall, creating a pleasant separation between the living areas and bedrooms.
The main bedroom is en-suite with bath and shower. This bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third two single Both these rooms share a bathroom with bath and shower.
The guest bedroom (4thbedroom) is on the other side of the house and is separate and private from the other rooms. It has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom.
