From street level, the main entrance hall leads down two flights of stairs, firstly to the bedroom level, with four en suite bedrooms, three of which boast spectacular sea views and open onto a sea facing terrace, while the fourth bedroom faces back up to the dramatic Twelve Apostle mountain range towering above the property.

Continuing down to the second, lower level, the spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen areas lead out directly to the attractive, large pool deck and garden, facing due west to make the most of the long summer days and stunning sunset views out over Camps Bay and the ocean below. To one side of the pool deck the house opens out onto a covered outdoor dining area with a gas braai/BBQ and there is also a small attractive courtyard area to the side of the house and a small rose garden below the main pool deck which are both peaceful spots for reading and relaxing. Back inside the property, there is also a comfortable, secluded TV lounge located on a separate level to the main living area. The property has good security and ample parking with a large garage and off street parking.
