The villa is located above Camps Bay in a traffic-calmed area, embedded in an exclusive single-family home development. We lived quietly and were still only a 10-minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of Camps Bay. The layout is generous and the furnishings are modern. Communication with the rental service and also with Ross took place promptly via the app or text messaging. The housekeeper and the Manager were always of assistance. Technically there were a few hiccups but they were all fixed. A better WiFi reception on the upper floor would be an advantage. The dishwasher ran great and was always at capacity as there were a few dishes/glasses missing here and there. All in all a great house and Ross is a very nice and good host.

My group had an amazing time at Ross's place. Beautiful apartment that is very close to the beach. The decor and artwork were great. Also great communication. We had an issue when we arrived and it was resolved quickly. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Great location, walking distance to the beach & restaurants. Luxury apartment, well equipped. Fantastic decking area overlooking the bay.

Ross's place was a delight to stay in. The rooms were gorgeous and it was clean and tidy and in a great area. Lots of little touches means the place feels really special. We had a small issue with the water but Ross couldn't have been more helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! Cannot recommend this place enough.
