Top road Villa is a magnificent split level designer home in the very prestigious top road of Bantry Bay. The setting and layout of this grand home commands and awe inspiring view of the Ocean and every imaginable luxury at your fingertips. Top Road Villa is an ideal retreat for the discerning traveller.
A large double garage allows easy and secure access to the front door which leads directly to the top floor of house. The top floor is comprised of a high gloss, beautiful open plan kitchen which flows onto the dining and living area. The living area leads onto a balcony and pool with exquisite views of the Atlantic Ocean. It is from here that one can lie on one of the sun loungers, taking in the sun whilst sipping on a cocktail.
The next level down, which is the middle floor, consists of 4 bedrooms of which all have sea views and all are ensuite. The main bedroom is on the sea facing side of the property, with a stylish interior design, large walk in dressing area and closet and modern open plan bathroom. The second 2 bedrooms are currently being used as kids bedrooms but will be converted into adult like bedrooms if need be. The 4th bedroom, which is the guest bedroom, is on the mountain facing side of the property, but does have sea views.
On the ground floor the home boasts a massive play room / TV room with a bar area and work space. This area leads onto a 2nd pool and sauna as well as small outside garden. The ground floor also includes a back room for the housekeeper as well as utility room for all the washing, ironing and drying.
