This gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the famous Clifton 1st beach, and has stunning views of the beach and sea. The apartment is on the ground floor which gives direct access onto Clifton 1st beach.
The living area is stylishly decorated and has opening windows, which allows for the ocean breeze to flow through the apartment. The living area comes with a plasma TV with full DSTV and uncapped wifi.
The dining area is adjacent to both the living area and kitchen and has a modern 6-seater table.
The large open plan kitchen is like a dream kitchen for any home, complete with a separate washing area that has a double basin sink, washing machine, and dishwasher hidden out of sight behind beautifully crafted wooden cupboard doors. It also has a large fridge and very modern cooker with ceramic stone topped kitchen counters.
The master bedroom has a large king size bed with ocean views. It also has air conditioning and a large walk in closet complete with glass door chest drawers and shelves and bathroom en-suite. The bathroom has shower and a separate bath.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath. This bedroom has a magnificent view of the ocean from where one can hear the ocean waves crashing, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere as one sleeps. There is also a lovely guest toilet right by the entrance.
The apartment also has a large communal braai area at the basement of the apartment block, complete with a shower room and a lovely garden overlooking the beach with an access gate and stairs that lead right onto the beach.
There is a secured parking bay and 24 hr security.
