This two storey villa within close walking distance to Camps Bay Beachfront, showcases modern furnishings and beautiful artwork. The open plan living and dining area is ideal for entertaining and the large garden is great for children. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, a breakfast bar and a separate scullery with laundry facilities. There is separate dining for 8 guests, a drinks bar with bar stools and a TV lounge with satellite channels as well as a wood burning fireplace. The main bedroom has a King-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed, the third bedroom has a Queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom has bunk beds. Each of the bedrooms has air conditioning and a dedicated bathroom. A baby cot is also available on request. Outside you will find a trampoline, a small climbing wall, a swimming pool, outdoor dining for 10 and a patio lounge. Escape to Camps Bay where you can experience white sandy beaches, lounging in the sunshine, breath-taking views and luxurious living.
