This beautiful villa was especially designed to enjoy outdoor entertaining, and it has a large, covered patio area that overlooks the pool with spectacular ocean views.

An artist’s home, the villa is filled with art, spacious and light, with special attention to detail. It comprises of a glass conservatory, high ceilings and tall windows. It would suit a family / group who appreciate the refinement of this home.

This spacious, 3 levelled villa has around 6 reception rooms and can sleep up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The formal lounge opens onto the patio and pool area to create an indoor-outdoor feeling, and there is a separate TV room, study and games room with tennis table.

The large, fully equipped kitchen has glass panels to look at the mountains on one side and the sea on the other side, and it includes a breakfast table and scullery area.

The formal dining room is in a glass conservatory style room with lots of light and views of the mountain, and it opens to a courtyard with a water feature. There is a 10-seater glass table and an open upstairs area with a day bed.

The house also boasts a large rooftop patio with expansive views of the sea, and mountains behind the villa.

The main bedroom has a king size bed and direct access to the pool, opening onto the covered patio. It has his and hers bathrooms and dressing areas.

Bedroom 2 has a king size canopy bed with en-suite bathroom and dressing room, glass doors open directly onto the covered patio and pool area.

Bedroom 3 has two single beds.

Bedroom 4 has a king size bed and opens onto private patio with an outside shower.

Bedroom 3 and 4 share a large bathroom containing bath and shower.

There is an additional bathroom and guest toilet in the villa.
