Your private elevator will take you from the garage up to the top-floor penthouse. Walk directly into the large open-plan living space that is seamlessly interconnected with the new top-quality kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with integrated appliances, a center island gas hob, twin ovens, a microwave, two fridges, and an 8-seater dining table. The glass doors stack away completely and open onto the generously proportioned outside lawn where you can do your morning yoga session, spend the afternoon by the pool, or the evening in the jacuzzi. The three main bedrooms are located on the upper level, all of which are en-suite with bath, shower, toilet and basins. There are two more apartments on the property with full-time tenants. You have your private access to the penthouse, so you will not interact with them at all. The penthouse is located in the upper Camps Bay, from where you can walk directly onto the Table Mountain hiking trails or take a 5-minute to Camps Bay beach.
