It offers 4 bedrooms and 4 en-suite bathrooms with beautiful views of the sea, mountains and valleys of Constantia and beyond. This is a truly beautiful villa that you will fall in love with.  It is an entertainer’s paradise in a private setting. Decorated to perfection, it exudes style, luxury and comfort. Everything about the villa is well thought out and beautifully maintained.

On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The TV area is off this area and leads to two levels.  The upper level has two bedrooms (the main and the twin bedrooms). The lower ground level has a further TV lounge and bedroom.  Off the formal lounge there is a private study and a further double bedroom.

It has a lovely entertainment area, dining area and pool. There is also an enclosed terrace as well as an open terrace with gas BBQ, dining and lounging by the pool.

This area is filled with prize winning restaurants and vineyards and in close proximity to the beaches. Here you will find Steenberg, Klein Constantia, Uitsig and Buitenverwachting wine farms.  The city is a mere 20 mins away.
