Olaf is friendly and communicates clearly. The apartment is immaculate, I was a bit surprised by the smaller size of the living room, compared to what I saw online.... the mirror effect! Other than that, it's a fantastic location, safe area with nice cafes down the streets. I can highly recommend the place.

This is a very nice flat, well decorated and excellent value. The place was located in a beautiful area, close to restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. However, as this place was managed by an estate agency, communication was at times confusing with parallel communication lines. This was unfortunate.

Gorgeous views, stunning apartment in a central location close to all amenities in Cape Town. Excellent location with on-site parking. The apartment is beautiful and the complex is great, with a little garden and an easy walk to the nearest restaurants and shopping centers. The views are outstanding. We were 3 generations comfortably staying in the accommodation.

The accommodation is very very nice, quiet, security is also very good, the place is clean with no any disturbance and it makes one feel like home. I really recommend for anyone visiting Cape Town to stay there.

Lovely apartment with views of the mountain from the main bedroom and the living area. Excellent check-in protocol with one of the staff carefully explaining everything to us. Excellent location - 10 min drive to Sea Point Promenade. Shops, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. The management were proactive in giving us an option to change location when it was realized that there was construction nearby. We chose not to change, and the construction didn't impact us at all. It was nice that an alternative was offered. The apartment is also cleaned daily, and during our stay, the staff checked in on us to make sure we were all good and had no additional needs.
