Living Area/dining/kitchen Entrance into a light open plan living area with skylights and wide L-shaped sliding doors providing a 180-degree view of the beach. Sliding doors lead out onto a deck with outside dining seating for 8. The indoor dining area seats 8 people. A fireplace is nestled in between the dining room and lounge. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, hob, separate oven, and convectional oven. The top level has a main bedroom with a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and spa bath and ocean views. There is a room with a double bed (pink room) right next to the main bedroom for children. You have to walk through the "pink room" to get the master bedroom so is not ideal for 2 couples sharing. Ground Level 13 steps down leads to an undercover outside dining area with a wood BBQ. There is a small gate that has direct beach access.
