The Space

This apartment is owned by a family with a deep love of Africa and its crafts - enjoy the extensive library of Africa travel books, and the curated African pieces that have been loved by the family over many years. Westside Studios is a centrally located modern block with 24/7 security access control and secure covered parking. The apartment is an expansive New York style industrial loft with exposed brick and classic finishes. Featuring an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with double volume windows overlooking Signal Hill and the colourful homes of Bo Kaap. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The Bedroom loft is located upstairs. It has a comfortable queen size bed, aircon, an office desk and a classic clawfoot tub.

Please note that this apartment may not be suitable for small children. This is a loft apartment and the railing around the upstairs level is not closed. A child could be in danger of falling.

This property has a lamp and a modem UPS to use during load-shedding.
