On the ground level, you'll find a spacious lounge framed by a large wooden bookshelf, leading out to an entertainment oasis complete with a stylish pool, sunbeds, barbeque and chill area. Your kids will love the small treehouse/jungle gym and trampoline, perfect for hours of play.

The fully kitted kitchen and dining area with 8 seater table provide everything you need to whip up a delicious meal. You can enter the property via the main entrance door or through the double garage. Also located on the ground floor is a cozy bedroom and en-suite bathroom along with guest loo just off the kitchen.

Take a trip up the stairs to the middle level where you'll find the first bedroom with a queen bed, its own balcony, and a workstation with a stunning mountain view. The bedroom also has an en-suite with a shower and bidet.

There is a communal study/workstation area on the landing, perfect for catching up on work or study. The second bedroom on this level has three single beds, making it ideal for kids or a group of friends. This room leads out to a balcony and has a large en-suite bathroom with a shower and oval bath.

A lovely wooden deck extends from the middle level and overlooks the garden and pool area. Features an outside table and bean bag style loungers, perfect for enjoying the sunshine and taking in the beautiful leafy surroundings and the mountain range in the distance.

The top level of the property is where you'll find the fourth bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and another communal double workstation area on the landing.
