Welcome to this spacious and secure, old charm family villa on the slopes of Table Mountain, overlooking the city. Perfect for families of up to 8 people, our charming abode offers ample space and comfort. Heated swimming pool with magnificent views of Table Mountain. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and four beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms. Located in a bustling neighbourhood, you’re just steps away from cafés, shops, and iconic attractions. A short 10 min drive from Clifton beach.

The heart of the home is the classic kitchen, complete with a rustic fireplace and cozy seating area, perfect for gathering around with loved ones on chilly evenings.

Outside, you’ll discover beautiful and comfortable outdoor spaces, and a heated swimming pool with comfortable loungers and couches, ideal for soaking up the South African sunshine or enjoying alfresco dining under the stars. We also have an inverter, so no LoadShedding.

Just a short walk and you’ll find our local coffee shop Ou Meul, where you’ll find freshly baked bread, croissants, baked treats and of course delicious coffee.
