Situated a stone’s throw from the beach and local restaurants, Big Bay Magnificent is an exquisite property, with breathtaking uninterrupted views stretching from Melkbostrand on the right, across the Atlantic Ocean to the Southern Suburbs on the left, with Table Mountain and Robben Island as the backdrop.

Built over 3 levels, with views from almost every room, this villa has everything the heart desires – private garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi, a small gym and sauna, expansive entertaining areas and modern fully equipped kitchen.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the upper level, along with a study and pjama lounge – with ocean views to die for.

The middle level of the house is the open plan entertainment area, complete with indoor braai/BBQ, 2 lounges and a large 10 seater dining table. The kitchen is open plan and has a separate scullery. The indoor braai/BBQ area leads to the garden through stacking doors, and onto the pool and covered jacuzzi area. There is also a cleverly designed sitting nook, completely wind-protected, with ocean views – perfect for those days when the Cape’s South Easter blows.

The middle level of the house has the 5th bedroom with ensuite toilet only. There is also an option for a further bedroom, which is available on request.

The lower level of the house has a small gym (free weights and an exercise bike) as well as a sauna and shower. There is a separate TV room, perfect for the kids, and bathroom with shower only. There is potential for this to be a bedroom, suitable for an au-pair.

This incredible villa is exclusively available from 15 December 2024 to 15 January 2025 and minimum stays apply.
