Born from a friendship and collaboration with the upcoming artist Petra Maierhofer from Artepstudio, you will find beautifully crafted bespoke art and custom made furniture, which is showcased around the house. The aim was to create an elegant, airy, yet comfortable and welcoming feel to this unique space. Guaranteed to enjoy all that Bokkemanskloof Villa has to offer in a safe and secure environment.

Space

This beautiful four and a half bedroom, three and a half bathroom, family home is located in Hout Bay, Cape Town and is perfect for couples travelling together. The home is spacious while still being warm and inviting. There are two patios as well to enjoy- one in the front of the house and one in the back.

The house has a studio apartment which is currently tenanted and has a separate section of outside space for their use. They have no views onto the main house spaces nor the use of the garden and pool.

Access

Guests will have full and sole access to the main house without any interference. There is a washing machine in the garage should you wish to do laundry
The Granny flat which is tenanted will not interfere with you during your stay

Notes

Artep House' is a self catering unit however you will find tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided for your convenience as well as high quality hotel bed linen and towels. Long stays will have a linen change over every 8 days

We experience intermittent load shedding (power cuts) in all areas around South Africa and this unfortunately is out of our control, however it is not constant and is announced over social media and Eskom Se Push App which is very handy to download to have on hand in order to plan.
Housekeeping in the unit is done on a weekly basis for stays of 8 days or more.
ID will be required ahead of check-in to ensure a smooth check-in process
