This is the ideal place for a family stay, in a quiet, secure building complex, tucked away behind one side of Chapmans Peak, with great communal areas for guests to make use of during their stay. Space

Spacious three bedroom apartment located right on the waters edge in Hout Bay. There are two bedrooms (with a King and Queen Bed) and the third bedroom has a fold out sleeper sofa which would accommodate one adult or two kiddies. There is a spacious family dining table, spacious bathrooms one being a family bathroom and the second bathroom being an en-suite to the main bedroom. Cosy living room leading out to the patio with additional seating for reading, sundowners, or enjoying a lovely outdoor meal.

Guests will have to sign in at Security and will receive the Body Corporate Rules which will need to be adhered to at all times during your stay.
You will have full use of the entire apartment for your visit.
