This bright and airy two bedroom apartment on trendy Buitenkant street is located in the heart of Cape Town's food, art and culture hub. Positioned on the edge of District Six, dripping in heritage, within walking distance of the Fugard Theatre and some of the Cape's most noteworthy museums and art galleries. Just a short drive to Table Mountain, the famous Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches and the CTICC. The expansive balcony offers incredible views of Lions Head and the Harbour.
The Space:
The building features a rooftop deck and pool with panoramic views of Cape Town. The apartment has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area opening onto a large balcony with gas BBQ/braai and outdoor furniture - perfect for al Fresco dining. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has 2 singe beds. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath a separate walk-in shower. There is also a separate guest bathroom with toilet.
