Perfectly located within walking distance of some of Cape Town's best restaurants, bars and cafes. A 5-minute drive to the V&A Waterfront and just a 10-minute drive to Table Mountain and the world-famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches. The apartment is kitted out with top-end finishes and appliances.
The Space:
A short flight of stairs takes you up to this stunning apartment.
Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers.
The rooftop terrace features a gas braai/BBQ.
Guest Access:
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.
Other Things to Note:
For stays longer than 8 days, a weekly mid-stay clean is offered. We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required.
Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar and basic shower amenities are provided.
Parking:
- Between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays, street parking is reserved for residents with parking permits
- We provide a permit to guests which must be displayed in the vehicle
- Parking permits must be returned upon checkout. Failure to return the permit or damage to the permit will result in a R950 charge for replacement
House Rules:
- Check-in from: 15:00
- Check-out before: 10:00
- We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 4 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10PM)
- No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
- No pets are permitted on the property.
