Through the front door, walk into the open plan living area consisting of a double living area and 8-seater dining room. The living room has a huge smart TV with DSTV, Netflix and a wifi and bluetooth enabled sound system. The formal dining room leads into the fully-equipped kitchen.
Also on the upper level you will find 3 oversized ensuite bedrooms each equipped with King beds, air-conditioning and DSTV and Netflix enabled smart TVs.
The upstairs lounge and bar area opens up to the resort-style upper deck with designated areas for dining, lounging, chilling and BBQing.
Downstairs, you'll find the pool terrace with sun loungers, additional seating areas and a fire pit cum BBQ.
The lower level of the villa offers a self-contained 2 bedroom apartment with its own kitchen, living and dining areas. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have DSTV and Netflix.
The 1st bedroom has its own bathroom, although not ensuite, with the second bedroom, generous in size and design having an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub

• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 10 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10PM)
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
