Located high up on the twelfth floor of the Icon Building in the CBD. The apartment is centrally located with the CTICC a 5 minute walk away and the V&A Waterfront a 5 minute drive away or 10 minute walk. The apartment has aircon, a pool in the complex as well as a gym. There is a Food Lovers located on the ground floor as well as a parking bay. Located in the business district, the apartment is perfect for business travels.

Access

Guests will have exclusive use of the apartment during their stay.

Transit

I recommend using Uber for day to day travel in and around the city.

If you would like to do some sightseeing I recommend going on the Red Tourist Bus.

If you would like to bring your own vehicle we do have an allocated parking bay available too.

Notes

We experience intermittent load shedding (power cuts) in all areas around South Africa and this unfortunately is out of our control, however it is not constant and is announced over social media and Eskom Se Push App which is very handy to download to have on hand in order to plan.
Housekeeping in the unit is done on a weekly basis for stays of 8 days or more.
ID will be required ahead of check-in to ensure a smooth check-in process

• Only use Uber from the airport booked through the phone application, as there are many unlicensed operators who are overpriced that claim to be Uber drivers. Use the App and head to the collection area to wait for your ride.
