This modern compact apartment is perfectly located directly opposite Camps Bay beach. The views are unrivalled and the beach and beach-side restaurants are conveniently located within a few minutes walk.
The apartment has been tastefully renovated with holiday rentals in mind, and all your needs have been anticipated, from USB port plugs for charging your devices through to a Nespresso machine in the kitchen to give you that early morning start.
An open-plan lounge and modern kitchen greet you on arrival. This area opens (via concertina doors that can stack away completely) onto a private balcony that overlooks the palm-lined beach and ocean.
The kitchen offers modern appliances, including double fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, while the cosy lounge is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style with glossy wooden flooring.
Crisp, white linen and simple, clean lines reflect the beach-house feel in the apartment’s two bedrooms. The ocean bedroom has a king-sized bed, ample cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and toilet. The mountain bedroom has twin beds, which can be converted into a king sized bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath (and shower over the bath).

We had a great time at the rental we stayed. Beautiful views of the sea, close and easy to Cape Town, and we had some people from their team who helped us out and gave us good local advice. The only negative thing I can say is that there is a nightclub down the street and you'll hear booming sounds until 1 am. If you are sensitive to sound, keep that in mind.

Lovely apartment with stunning views. Stunning apartment with two spacious bedrooms. The view was phenomenal. Close to the beach and various restaurants, a recommendation is a sushi and fish restaurant. We had a few wonderful days and if we visit Cape Town again, we will definitely book this apartment again.

Well...where do I start! What a truly, truly amazing stay. Everything was perfect, it was really a home from home. Fab views, lovely and responsive staff, so safe, walking distance from shops and restaurants, just lovely. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable including heated blankets and an array of drinks. Backup power provided so we were never in the dark - one time the battery failed and it was sorted quickly. We are planning to be back in summer - we could not enjoy the beach as it was cold, but come summer we plan to indulge! Thank you Modoco - this is what all hosted accommodation should be like. See you soon!
