The Space:

Located in the lovely and leafy suburb of Gardens. You’re just outside of the hustle and bustle of the city at the foot of Table Mountain which is a welcome armchair surrounding the suburb. The vibrant and enticingly bohemian Long, Loop and Bree Streets with their restaurants, coffee shops, bars, clubs and unconventional avenues worth exploring are also easily accessible by foot or a 3-minute Uber ride. You are also within walking distance of the lovely De Waal Park and the beautiful Company's Garden. Gardens is perfectly situated to quickly access the popular and beautiful Atlantic beaches such as the Clifton and Camps Bay - just across Kloof Nek, as well as the Table Mountain Cableway and various other highlights such as the V&A Waterfront, the Castle of Good Hope and Cape Town’s many museums and galleries.

• Spacious studio: open plan, well-equipped kitchen, couch, desk space, TV & DSTV, comfortable queen bed, built-in cupboard space, with large sliding doors opening out to a spacious balcony with fantastic full views of Table Mountain. Separate bathroom with spacious walk-in shower. Fast Uncapped Fibre Internet. No aircon, but a fan to keep you cool in summer and an oil heater to keep you warm in winter. Amenities include DSTV, & secure parking.
• Just 20km from the Cape Town International Airport. Most amenities and attractions are within walking distance. Taxis and Uber readily service the area. A bus stop for the popular MyCiti bus is on the street outside the apartment. This is a reliable bus service with routes taking/connecting you to the inner city, V&A Waterfront, Sea Point, Big Bay and the rest of the Cape West Coast, the famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches, as well as the fisherman village of Hout Bay. The red open-top "hop-on hop-off" City Sightseeing tourist bus stops down on the promenade and is a great way to get to know and explore our city and its surrounds.
• The apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor) of a secure apartment block (no lift access - stairs only). Please note that there are currently some renovations happening sporadically at the building.

Guest Access:

The apartment is on the top floor of a secure apartment block (no lift access-stairs only).
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment/house to themselves.

• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 2 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
