The Space:

Welcome to your City Centre home - a well-equipped large open plan living space of wooden floors set across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms ideal for travellers who really want to get underneath the skin of Cape Town's City Centre. The freshly spruced-up interior adds elements of charm and homeliness to the apartment.

The spacious open plan living area boasts with a large six seater dining table, perfect for enjoying meals together as a group; or the ideal space for business meetings. The main feature in the living area has to be the Pool Table, an excellent leisure activity when travelling in groups, be it for business or pleasure!

The kitchen is well-equipped for those wanting to cook but with so many great restaurant options nearby this will probably not be necessary.

The 3 bedrooms are spacious, the Main Bedroom boasting with a King bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom and an Air-conditioning unit. The additional guest bedrooms are both equipped with Queen beds.

The listing offers paid street parking only, however there is a secure paid parking garage located around the corner - a 2 min walk to the apartment building.
