It's spacious and bright with a welcoming living room and well-equipped kitchen. A large dining area that comfortably seats 10 people. Watch the whales from the balcony or take a light stroll to Fisherman's Beach for a swim or short 2 minute drive to the famous Boulders Beach. Full back-up power to ensure you are not inconvenienced by loadshedding.
Top Floor:

- Second bedroom with 2 single beds & ensuite bathroom (shower only)
NB. Access in and out the garage is from the top floor.
Middle Floor:

The house has 3 levels. There are stairs leading to the front door. About 17 steps going down from the middle level and 17 steps up from the middle level.
Access in and out the garage is on the top level.
Important note, the air conditioner does not work in the house.
