On the entrance level there is a large open plan living area with an open fireplace which wraps around to your second reception space and dining area beyond.
Leading off the dining room which has seating for up to 8 guests, is the open plan kitchen, laundry room and guest WC.
The second lower level of this property comprises all bedrooms. The master bedroom suite with king size bed has its own gas fireplace, generous wardrobe space and an en-suite shower room.
Two further bedrooms, both with queen size beds share one bathroom with shower. All three bedrooms have tv's and air conditioning.
External access via a spiral staircase from the entrance level terrace takes you down to the private pool (which can be heated upon request) and entertainment area. This fantastic space offers comfortable lounge seating, a bar area with ice-machine, pool table, sauna and Steam Room.
For the health and fitness minded there is an extensive gym located in the basement of the property, fitted with air conditioning and TV.
