Private Electricity Back-Up. A beautiful double-story home with spacious open-plan living and large outdoor entertainment area leading onto a well-established garden. A kid's paradise with TV room, jungle-gym, Pool-slide and putting green. Three of the five bedrooms are ensuite, and all have air conditioning. There is a bar-room, formal lounge and a large outdoor patio with dining table, couches and loungers. The pool is solar heated and the house has inverters for continuous power.
This is a much loved family home, with all of the bedrooms upstairs, except for one en-suite downstairs. There is also a TV room upstairs. Downstairs there is a bar area, formal lounge and large open plan living space including dining room, kitchen and casual lounge. There is great outdoor entertaining space as well as a sparkling pool.
All of the house is available to our guests.

Constantia:
Constantia is one of the oldest and most established suburbs in Cape Town. It is surrounded by mountains, greenbelts and open spaces for walking and horse-riding. There are also 8 wine-farms in Constantia, many kid-friendly dining options and numerous golf courses. It is a quick 20 minute drive into the city centre and many of the beaches. It is truly a magical place.
I would advise having your own car and you can also uber everywhere.
