Unique space with two stand alone apartments next door to each other - each consisting of one bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room which can accommodate two more people. Each apartment has its own kitchen, living, dining and bathroom. This is a secure building which isn't affected by Loadshedding. There are also Communal Areas such as a Rooftop pool and outdoor rooftop seating area
