Second time staying in the building and it is always a great location (close to main spots, yes it can be a bit noisy with surrounding restaurants but I like a bit of liveliness to an area!). Secure apartment, great staff (they are so friendly and helpful and just the best team) and a modern space with everything you need for a longer stay. The cleaning is great because it's from Monday to Saturday. The only down side was there was no paid TV service (would be nice to have a television package at this price point). The management team were very responsive and helpful - the warm weather meant an increase in mosquitoes and the team addressed it promptly and provided us with mosquito repellent plugs! Will be back for sure.

Had an amazing stay will definitely book again! Victor went above and beyond for us, was extremely helpful and very accommodating. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, was clean and has everything you need.

From my experience, the apartment was very modern but not very clean. The carpet was overused and not in good condition. The cleanliness of the bed and pillows was also not up to par. The sound insulation is terrible, as we could hear the neighboring apartment knocking on the wall, which was uncomfortable. Overall, the host, Peter, was great. We came for our honeymoon and they gave us a special gift. However, I recommend thoroughly checking the cleanliness of everything before check-in and ensuring that the place is sprayed against mosquitoes.

Amazing unit. Beautifully decorated. Would have loved a map because we literally didn't know a whole mall was in walking distance to the place. Many popular restaurants are also in the area. If we come back, we would definitely stay. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The sectional sofa felt like a home away from home.

This apartment is perfect. It looks amazing, the kitchen has all the appliances you could need, plenty of linen and towels, and is close to basically everything. The host made us feel at home and was constantly communicating to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Great city apartment, well decorated, secure, and serviced daily. Lots of basic groceries provided! Short Uber ride to the waterfront. Bonus of a car park under the building.
