This fantastic open plan area flows onto the extensive outdoor terrace with seating/dining and braai/bbq area with pizza oven and fire pit. The terrace overlooks the solar heated swimming pool and manicured garden with a beautiful mountain view backdrop.
Located at the other end of the house:
Located at the other end of the house is a further reception room, guest bathroom and one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The lower ground floor level of this villa also provides a fantastic games room for the whole family, including a pool table, dart board & table tennis.
The First Floor:
The first floor comprises the large master bedroom with private balcony/terrace and en-suite bathroom with 'his and hers' basins. There are three further bedrooms and three bathrooms on this floor. Please note that all bedrooms bar one are en-suite.
